Job Summary

Reporting to the Information Technology Manager, IT Support Engineer role involves being responsible for Giving Support to Flex Enterprise Collaboration Technologies on America ́s Shift.
What a typical day looks like:
- To provide Service Now L2 support.




- Will be responsible for operations and support of collaborative and productive Service Now.
- Collaboration support.
- Project execution, Automation processes.
- Participate in Incident, Problem, and Change management processes.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- Fluent English.
- Problem Solver.
- Service Now knowledge or experience.
- Customer focus.
- Schedule availability.
- Scripting Knowledge (any programming knowledge) is also a plus.
- Data base knowledge is also a plus.
- Development skills is also a plus.
