**Position Responsibilities**
- Guide and process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology.
- Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.

availability and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
**Minimum Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Bachelor's degree **preferred.

- **Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
**
- Prior customer service experience is **a plus**, but if you want to provide the best experience for our customers, we'll train you!
