Manage the development of the measurement system for the correct measurement of OEE

Follow up on the indicators of the improvement system and provide visibility.
Certification Black Belt, Six sigma
Responsible for establishing a sharing mechanism for continuous improvement work and sharing improvement experience through meetings and benchmarking workshops.




Use 6 Sigma, lean production, KT and other related tools to assist all departments of the company to solve key problems.
Responsible for the research, construction and implementation of the company's data management system, management specifications, methods, and tools;
Mentor and train staff to use their talent and ensure the effective implementation of CID and succession plan, and continuously improving staff engagement.
