The Senior EHS Specialist play a pivotal role in the development, implementation, and management of the site's EHS program.
fostering a safe and healthy work environment by formulating and enforcing policies that align with regulatory standards and promote a culture of safety.
**MAIN JOB & DUTIES**:
Providing advice, guidance, instruction & training in all EHS matters to management & employees.
Attend the safety recommendations by Insurance company.
Drive a positive safety culture program (Best Practices, Near Miss, Safety Instructions, Safety Campaigns).
Implement program to avoid any accident with activities of risk such as : Electrical Works, Space Confined, Work at heigh, Chemical Substances, Welding & Cutting, and power industrial vehicles.
Lead & Maintaining ISO *****:**** & ISO*****:**** standards in line with regulatory & corporate requirements.
Identification of workplace hazards, carrying out suitable risk.




assessments and implementation of appropriate actions to control risks (Risk assessment in machinery & workstations).
Collaborate with team in the design of Lay Out to ensure the safety legal requirements and avoid any risk.
Liaise with Medical Service on work-related injuries and illnesses, and health yearly program regarding to prevention activities (awareness, health weeks, drugs detection, yearly medical examination, follow up of of employees with chronic diseases.
Management of projects to refer Capex & Opex regarding to safety.
**EXPERIENCE**:
5 years working experience in industrial.
Knowledge ISO *****:**** & ISO*****:****.
Project management and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong Analytical skills.
Excellent communication.
Focused on results & problem solving.
Fluent in English.
