- Sustainability of infrastructure, buildings, fences, rail and road networks of the plant ensured (Annual and multi annual plan for the repair of buildings and infrastructures)
- Ensuring compliance with the rules of the business carried on in conjunction with the central
- Conformity of the refurbishment works in relation with the various specialists of the central services (incl. Coordination of the works and steering of the workers in the respect of the deadlines and budgets envisaged)
- Technical validation of studies and achievements related to maintenance work on various infrastructure and buildings
- Effectiveness of Interventions following incidents or disasters, by appropriate protective measures, temporary or definitive repair
- Proposals for improving energy integrated in buildings renovation plan
