**Objetivo**:
- Ejecutar el proceso de reclutamiento, selección e integración de nuevos empleados a la organización a nível nacional así como el seguimiento al proceso de contratación de personal, proponiendo mejoras a fin de optimizar recursos y alcanzar los objetivos del área.
**Actividades**:
- Asesoría en creación de requisiciones por baja o nuevas creaciones
- Envío de información a IT
- Mantener el control de los movimientos de personal y promociones
- Aplicación de Movimientos Internos en nómina de acuerdo con las fechas efectivas
- Seguimiento de personal sindicalizado
- Solicitudes de baja
- Evaluacón de desempeño
