**Core Responsibilities**:
- Act as "CFO" and drive the financial agenda in the Operations area within operations finance that focuses on packing the LEGO Bricks/handling an aggressive investment agenda.
- Engage as an equal and active member of the LOM packing leadership team to drive, co-drive and co-own financial and non-financial business decisions.
- Drive the execution of the financial planning processes supporting LOM packing but also for the specific areas you are directly responsible for.
- Besides being the Finance business partner for specific areas within Packing you will also support with various analysis and dialogues across the full team.
- Drive the productivity agenda together with the business in the specific areas you are responsible for, both to enable optimization of current production platforms and new improved production platforms but also to secure optimization within the area.
- Support project owners and project managers in all steps from project idea to project closure.
- Benefit tracking of key strategic projects.
Secure an end-to-end perspective and create transparency in key trade-offs.
- Collaborate with finance business partners across other functions and on all production sites.

You will become part of Americas Manufacturing Finance team that supports all technologies across all LEGO sites.
The finance team consist of 5 people in Monterrey and 2 in Richmond (USA).
We love to learn, continuously improve our Finance Business partnering skills, support each other and have fun!
This role supports mainly the packing organization in LOM.
In order to be successful in the role it is important you engage with other finance business partners across LEGO sites.
Teamwork is the key to success.
You will be financial responsible for the P&L; within packing.
It is expected that you have a strong financial competence but and the same time can use your knowledge to actively challenge the business.
**Do you have what it takes?
**
- Master degree or equivalent experience in finance relevant topic (e.g. Management accounting, Finance)
- Minimum 8 years of finance business experience within the finance area of a general company
- Strong collaboration skills in a global context
- Ability to lead up-, side-, and downwards
- Self drive
- Courage, curiosity & focus
- Limited travels (up to 10 days a year)
- Strong Excel skills required; SAP, PowerBI and Business Objects preferred
