**Responsibilities**:
- Facilitates and reviews data governance programs, principles, policy, practices, and standards including industry best practices with Data Governance leads and managers.
- Prepares materials for Monthly Operating Reviews (MORs), Portfolio Reviews, Horizontal meetings, Town Halls and Staff Meetings.
- Performs analysis of DQ issues and deliver metrics reporting.
- Supports Managers with status reports and presentation content.
Guide data analysis and reporting processes that include collection from multiple sources, validation of data and assembly and presentation of required data.
- Develops new data collection and evaluation methodologies, including format design,
data compilation, relevancy and metrics.
- Liaises with other Citi risk organizations to determine and maintain appropriate alignment, specifically with Citi Data Standards.
**Qualifications**:
- 2-5 years Banking or Financial Services experience
- Demonstrated influencing, facilitation and partnering skills
- Track record of interfacing with and presenting results to senior management
- Analytical, versátil, team-oriented and have good interpersonal/communication skills
**Education**:
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience

**Responsibilities**:
Manage consistency of data elements, data acquisition, Metadata and Data Quality issues that will help Business / Functions to utilize data assets to full capacity and ensure that all available data is 'fit for purpose'.
Other responsibilities include detailed evaluation of Data Quality, identification of anomalies and discrepancies and the contribution of expertise to understand the root cause and implement corrective measures.
**Skills**:
- Understands all aspects of Data Governance, Metadata and Data Quality Management
- Ability to perform data integrity checks, report anomalies and work with the IT team for resolution
- Capable of driving initiatives within businesses, function, and across the enterprise.
Ability to communicate strategic insights and updates with executive stakeholders (Chief Data Office, Data Governance Office, Senior Data Owners)
- Excellent oral/written communication (prefer experience in facilitation) and presentation skills
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills to recognize and comprehend complex data governance issues, policies, regulatory requirements and industry information affecting the business environment
- Excellent relationship management and consulting skills with proven ability to quickly earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders, mobilize and motivate teams
- Exposure to multiple business units to understand the linkages and dependencies
- Desirable knowledge and expertise in the use and implementation of Data Management methodologies and tools (Collibra, AbInitio)
- Well networked and respected amongst peers
Experiencie
- Preferably 2+ years of combined experience in banking and financial services industry and/or 1+ years in business analysis, developing standards, processes,specifications, and data policies
- Preferably experience developing codes in SAS, SQL or Python
- Desirable english language
