True Manufacturing, a worldwide refrigeration manufacturer, ranked Best in Class for 15 years, is looking to add a refrigeration service technician, offering phone support on our products, to our internal staff based out of the Monterrey office.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Create or assist in creating detailed repair instructions and product advisements.
- Conduct factory and field technical service training.
- Present to groups of all sizes.
- Review and write reports on new products related to service concerns or potential service concerns.
- Must have excellent internal and external customer service.
- Support a cross functional team environment as you work on various projects that could touch many departments.
- Occasional travel is required.




- Regular and reliable attendance in the office is required.
**Qualifications**
- Certificate from college, technical school, or other educational program.
- Seven or more years of related experience required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Completed refrigeration technical training and EPA license.
- Professional, friendly and have strong communication skills (both verbally and in writing).
- Customer service oriented.
- Must be reliable and honest.
- Be in good standing with manager regarding reliability and independent working.
- Must have a very good understanding of True's policies and procedures.
Pay: $320,****** - $620,****** per year
