A leading Mexican company is looking for a SAP S/4 HANA Logistics Executive.
**Purpose of the Role**:
Our mature logistics planning models still have room for improvement.
Therefore, this technical role will assist in defining the correct ToBe model for logistics processes, including reverse logistics.
This includes evaluating current platforms vs. new SAP S4HANA IBP logistics models.
The role will ensure technical activities and provide innovative ideas influencing the construction of this ToBe model.
Additionally, the technical role will ensure proper integrations collaborating for this future design.
**Activities**:
- Establish mechanisms to guarantee the correct management, administration, and integration of technical activities.
- Manage project activity plans in different construction tracks, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables.
- Utilize SAP S/4 HANA solution capabilities integrated with our processes, meeting user requirements.
- Manage budgetary and technical resources, maximizing resource utilization and talent development.
- Contribute knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA processes to minimize the need for local solutions.
- Collaborate with IT operation and technology architecture teams in defining/adopting/receiving digital solutions for integration into the project.
- Ensure the correct construction/incorporation of the SAP solution in the data flow from "Golden Record" source systems to content and information tools.
- Administer and maximize the use of consultancy required for project realization.




**Functional Alignment with**: Project Team, IT Architecture, Information Security Architecture, Development/Maintenance of Apps.
- Education_
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- Experience_
- 5 to 10 years in transformative project execution (Desirable).
- Over 3 years leading transformation projects using SAP in CPG companies.
- Over 3 years in team management with agile methodologies.
- Skills_
- Extensive knowledge in:
- Logistics module knowledge in IBP platforms.
- Knowledge of logistics models (heuristic, optimized).
- Software Architecture Patterns.
- Integration knowledge of logistics tools.
**Challenges**:
- Close communication with project functional teams to determine scopes, plans, and objectives.
- Collaboration with IT Architecture and Security areas to ensure the integrity, availability, and confidentiality of digitization platforms.
- Collaborative work with Software Development and Maintenance areas for the correct construction and delivery of the project.
