**Role: Sr Project Manager**
**Location: Guadalajara & Mexico City (Hybrid)**
**Type of Hire: Full Time**
- 10+ years of Project Management experience with 5+ years of experience leading high performing scrum teams and/or large-scale projects
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of various project management and software delivery methodologies (i.e. agile, waterfall, lean, design thinking)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of staff.




Able to speak and write clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.
- Ability to tell a story and develop frameworks to drive execution and delivery.
- Strong ability to quickly produce professional presentations for executive leadership.
- Expertise in using agile reporting tools like JIRA & Confluence
- Experience in financial services, mortgage banking, and/or consulting is desired.
- Agile, Scaled Agile, PMP, or PgMP certifications are desired.
- Experience explaining the costs and benefits of projects.
- Organize the development work queue, schedule releases and manage risks associated with projects.
- Set customer expectations and provide feedback.
- Conduct planning sessions with customers and ability to specify road map for projects.
- Provide reports on projects status and project metrics.
- Manage the software development life cycle (SDLC) from start to finish.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
- Demonstrate behaviours which are aligned with the organization's desired culture, and values.
