Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized
Marketing Campaign & Communications Coordinator
to support our growing network of dental practices.
In this role, you will execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, deploy email/SMS patient communications, and manage practice-level requests. Starting September 1, you will undergo 1–2 weeks of hands-on onboarding alongside the outgoing team member to ensure a smooth transition.

Key Responsibilities
Quarterly Campaign Execution:
Support end-to-end management of quarterly marketing campaigns across participating practice locations, including asset coordination, scheduling, and tracking.
Patient Communications & Systems:
Build, schedule, and deploy patient email and SMS campaigns. Oversee audience lists and handle basic phone system updates.
(RevenueWell platform experience is a major plus!)




Practice Request Fulfillment:
Receive, process, and launch localized digital marketing requests submitted by regional teams and practice managers while maintaining brand standards.
Marketing Operations Support:
Maintain project trackers, keep campaign calendars up to date, and proactively resolve bottlenecks before launch dates.
Qualifications
Experience:
2+ years in marketing coordination, campaign management, or communications.
Technical Skills:
Hands-on experience with email/SMS marketing software, CRM/marketing automation systems, or platforms like RevenueWell.
Project Management:
Exceptional organizational skills with a proven track record of handling multiple high-priority deadlines simultaneously.
Attention to Detail:
Meticulous approach to proofreading and asset validation before hitting "send".
Communication:
Clear, proactive communication with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
