Assess and support the data needs for assigned initiatives while staying aligned with the Data Strategy and Firm Plan Partner with stakeholders across the enterprise and act as a subject matter expert Drive cross-functional data projects and programs that carry significant risk and complexity Evaluate business requirements and convert them into practical data solutions Collaborate with product managers, architects, and software developers to design solutions Build and maintain business relationships with leaders across the organization Recommend clear, concise solutions to business improvement opportunities Proven track record with 5+ years of experience in business analysis delivery and requirements analysis Hands-on experience in stakeholder management and data analysis Solid background in solution architecture English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher Advanced capability in stakeholder management
