Assess and support data needs for assigned initiatives while staying aligned to the overall Data Strategy and Firm Plan Partner with stakeholders across the enterprise as a subject matter expert Direct cross-functional data projects and programs with significant risk and complexity Evaluate business requirements and convert them into effective data solutions Collaborate with product managers, architects, and software developers to design solutions Build and manage business relationships with leaders across the organization Recommend solutions to business improvement opportunities in a clear and concise manner Proven track record with 7+ years of experience in business analysis delivery and requirements analysis Strong capability in stakeholder management and data analysis Solid background in solution architecture English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher Deep expertise in stakeholder management
