**Descripción y Requisitos**
This Company is responsible for driving excellence in automotive products driving even greater improvements in quality, delivery and productivity through stronger functional alignment across our supply chain.
We will leverage our assets and process improvement opportunities to drive results and support growth.
This key management position will have responsibility for deploy Quality Systems, Quality for finish goods, Quality lab, Incoming Quality, Supplier Management, Customer Interface, Scorecards and Concerns, and develop Quality culture in the plant.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- Master degree (preferable)
- Experience: 5 + years in similar Automotive Industry position
- Automotive Quality Experience working as Tier 1 supplier with FORD, FCA and GM and suppliers
- Know of Quality KPI's




- Relevant experience in COPQ reduction projects
- Strong Statistical bases
- Black Belt is a plus
- Problem solving tools
- Fluent English skills: 90% at least
- Know of IATF ***** standard (IATF Auditor preferable)
- Strategic thinking
- Proactive & Dynamic
- Ability to work as a team member
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Negotiations ability
- Relevant engineering background (blue prints, GD&T;, Quality Lab testing and procedures, material specifications)
- Relevant experience with AIAG Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEAs, PCP, MSA, SPC)
