- Bachelors Degree preferred - Experience in management and administration of international and expatriate policies and programs, including expatriate tax, compensation, immigration, and vendor management.
- Understanding of visa and local work authorization requirements.
- English fluency required (read / write).
German proficiency preferred, but not required.
- Ability to adapt and proactively respond to shifting priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deal effectively with all levels of employees throughout the organisation.
- Ability to exercise and maintain a high degree of confidentiality and accountability.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency required.
