**Summary**:
The Warehouse and Logistic Manager is accountable for the overall operations of the warehouse stock, including shipping, receiving and import/export.
Will be directly responsible for the activities and direction of the Logistics / Warehouse personnel and their direct subordinate groups.
Additional management responsibilities include, but are not limited to, oversight of finished goods, inventory management, shipping and receiving functions, and transportation for both Mexico and USA.
This position is also accountable for maintaining the set delivery service levels.
Overall personnel function and accountability will report to this position.
The manager must maintain and deliver customer orders at or above expected metrics.
**Essential Functions**
- Manage and supervise the good development of the areas that are part of the Logistics Headquarters: Logistics of Entry, Process, Exit, and Control.
- Register, analyze and execute the entry of the merchandise and corresponding documentation by entering, reconciling the information into the customs and company system.




- Responsible for the control and checking of the merchandise according to the guide, invoice and/or shipping/transfer orders.
- Supervise the main warehouse management processes.
Formulate policies, procedures, and management indicators for logistics processes.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate information in the physical stocks system.
- Responsible for carrying out the inventories of assets and stocks of the company.
- Dispatch or distribution, meet the requirements of internal/external customers, taking care of the distribution or delivery of the requested items.
- Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
- Ensure overall quality of Logistics work is at or above set standards of excellence.
- Complies with federal, state, and local laws in warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with customs and company system.
- Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
- Establish maintenance programs for all Logistics equipment including fork-lift trucks, strapping machines, scales,



conveyors, pallet jacks, computers, label printers, shrink wrappers, etc.
- Coordinates the effective utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials, maintaining applicable cost and delivery metrics.
- Direct involvement in continuous improvement processes, focusing on service and productivity.
- Monitor spending to budgets and ensure expenditures are prudent and in a timely manner.
- Ensure overall compliance to safety and regulatory requirements.

**Supervisory Responsibility***
- Supervises the daily operation and administration of the warehouse activities.
- Generates work assignments, manages schedules, sets priorities, assigns daily tasks, and reviews employee performance.
- Assigns appropriate resources, determines objectives and procedures, and monitors results to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Ensures materials are received, stored, shipped, and reported in accordance with established procedures and Government guidelines/regulations and meet corporate requirements.
**5.** Ensures safety of workforce by educating employees on proper procedures and safety guidelines, strives to achieve an accident free workplace and attends and participates in a variety of meetings and task force groups to improve quality and outcomes.
**Work Environment***
This job operates in a professional office environment and in a manufacturing environment.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, etc.
The employee is frequently exposed to indoor and outdoor temperature changes and to noise,
