Essential duties and responsibilities
- Support to implement Lean Manufacturing such as kan ban, manufacturing cells, 5s; pull systems, one piece flow, VSM, Kaizen, Poka yoke, visual administration, smed, team work, heijunka, etc.
- Ability to encourage workers to work as team and support to fix problems (leader).
- Balance lines according Takt Time.
- Optimize operation cost getting labor opportunities.
- Active participation in continuous improvement program (Kaizen events).
- Follow the daily leader standard work sheet, analyzed daily results and establish actions.
- Establish goals for operators by day and hour based on demand and make sure are met.
- Fill out and/or review production reports, analyze results and establish actions to prevent waste (muda, mura, muri).
- Communicates ideas, information, and recommendations clearly, effectively and frequently (oral and written), with outside suppliers or partners and with customers during formal and informal interactions.
- Exhibits the Company values (Customer focus, Continuous Improvement, Performance, integrity, Accountability, teamwork, respect) in all activities.




- Recommends measures to improve production methods and quality of the products.
- Suggests changes in order to increase the efficiency in the manufacturing line.
- Assure delivery on time as well as product meeting quality requirements.
Work closely with planner to review the forecast and demand.
- Support to analyzes and document problems solving methods and/or helps operators in solving such problems.
Coordinate action plan for improvements and avoid recurrence of problems.
- Reports equipment malfunctions to maintenance for timely repairs.
Report the metrics of OEE analyze and work along other departments of support to improve the metric.
- Supervise and control the productions lines in order to reach the goals for quality, delivery on time and cost.
- Production supervisor will support customer complaints root cause investigations & implementation of corrective actions.

Environmental working conditions
- Consistently perform all responsibilities while working within a clean room and/or control environment.
**Qualifications**:
- Lean Manufacturing knowledge.
- Basic communication skills to communicate orally in English language with Customers and Sales.
Write very basic documents in English language.
- Ability to lead groups of employees and encourage a team work.
- Qualification: Minimum of 7 years in similar position changed to 3 years minimum.
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English with customer or sales representatives was changed to: Basic communication skills to communicate orally in English language with Customers and Sales.
Write very basic documents in English language.
