We are looking for Planning Supervisor to join our Juarez Team.
How You'll Help Us Connect the World
One of the main activities that will be required is focused on the support related to SAP.
Is responsible for providing business and technical support to users of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
To establish and maintain close communication with the Product Managers,



Master Scheduler & Supply Chain Department to define material procurement strategies that allow maintaining service metrics at the appropriate level; as well as to request information on future demands or demand peaks in order to procure capacity and materials.
Responsible for achieving the objectives of the organization, maintaining communication and working with the teams involved (Production, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance) to establish the required capacity that supports the demand in the different products and deliver them in the time established either in contract and / or market time as applicable, likewise it is responsible for the follow-up to the production plans established based on the demand and requirements of the customer.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in audit plans in SAP.
- Orients technically and functionally the users.
- Generates reports of system indicators.
- Provide training.
- Perform functional tests of the system.
- Provide training to all personal that need to use or made transaction on the system
- Generate & maintain reports of system indicators
- Guides users in a technical & functional way
- Perform functional tests on SAP system
- Define the master plan in the short and medium term based on the current demands and forecast established by the Product Manager and Master scheduler.
- Establish weekly conferences with corporate (Product manager & Master scheduler) to show the capacity against the demand per product and in the same way require information of the future demand in this way you can define if the installed capacity is sufficient or if you need to increase it or adjust it down.




- Responsible for monitoring delivery times
- Supervise and support the activities of the Buyer-Expeditor department that ensures that the appropriate material is available in the adequate quantities to meet production demands.
- Responsible for timely delivery of material to the plant, and from the plant to its destination.
- Has the authority to close any line / machine / activity when there are unsafe conditions or when it suspects or there is no compliance with the product or the process is identified.
- Thorough understanding of the integration with other SAP modules including: (MM) Materials Management, (PP) Production Planning, (SD) Sales and Distribution
Required Qualifications for Consideration
- Bachelor's Degree in related area, or 3 to 5 years of experience in similar position.
- 10 years of experience in the field of materials.
- Proficient in English language (written and spoken).
- Microsoft Office Program: Word, Excel, Power Point, Access.
- Advance knowledge in SAP system.
