This is a confidential search; the hiring company's identity will be shared with candidates who advance to later stages of the process.ResponsibilitiesPrepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly close schedulesSupport the preparation of financial statements and management reportingPartner with the Director of Accounting and Controller to bring accounting processes in-houseAssist with ERP and financial systems implementation (NetSuite experience preferred)Reconcile cash, AR/AP, fixed assets,



and intercompany transactionsCoordinate with external auditors and tax advisorsCollaborate with Operations and Product teams to ensure proper accounting for new initiativesIdentify opportunities for automation and process improvementEnsure compliance with U.S. GAAP and company policiesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CPA candidate preferred)3-6 years of progressive accounting experience (public accounting or startup experience a plus)Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and month-end close proceduresHands‐on experience with ERP systems; NetSuite experience preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience documenting processes and supporting system implementationsComfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment#J-*****-Ljbffr
