Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, Foreign Trade, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or a related area, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Professional Skills: Experience coordinating with suppliers and internal departments, monitoring shipments, comparing suppliers, and following up on delivery issues.Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of purchasing, logistics, and shipping processes.
Experience with ERP systems, spreadsheets, and documentation management is desirable.Core Competencies: Strong communication and coordination skills, organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, follow-up skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.Language: Intermediate to advanced English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate with international teams and suppliers.Key Responsibilities:Logistics & Warehouse Coordination: Communicate with the Logistics and Warehouse departments to understand their requirements and provide timely support.Supplier Management: Compare suppliers based on service, pricing, delivery terms, and overall performance, providing feedback to the relevant teams.Shipment Tracking:



Monitor and update the status of non-raw-material shipments and follow up on any delays, abnormalities, or delivery issues.Abnormal Shipment Management: Identify, track, and report abnormal shipment situations, ensuring timely follow-up and communication with the corresponding teams.Supplier Communication: Maintain regular communication with suppliers to coordinate deliveries, clarify requirements, and resolve operational issues.Supplier Meetings: Participate in meetings with suppliers to review logistics requirements, delivery status, and other necessary details.Internal & International Coordination: Work closely with internal departments and Kingfa headquarters to communicate requirements and support the resolution of logistics and procurement issues.Documentation Review: Verify that purchasing and logistics documentation is complete and accurate before being sent to suppliers or other parties.Process Follow-up: Maintain updated records and provide status reports on shipments, supplier issues, and pending activities.Problem Solving: Support the resolution of delivery delays, supplier issues, documentation discrepancies, and other logistics-related problems.
