**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute commercial strategy for the Mexican market and achieve sales targets.
- Visit key customers jointly with distributors and lead strategic projects.
- Identify and develop priority markets and industrial sectors to drive growth.
- Promote consultative sales based on customer needs analysis.
- Support distributors, manage performance, and strengthen strategic partnerships.
- Track key opportunities, manage sales pipeline, and prepare forecasts.
- Build and establish commercial operations from the ground up.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for headquarters.
- Lead technical proposal activities utilizing the demo laboratory.
**Qualifications**
- 10+ years of sales experience in the analytical instruments industry.
- 5+ years of Sales Manager experience in the analytical instruments industry.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering,



or related scientific field.
- Available for full-time, on-site work.
- Business-level English (conversation and reporting).
- More than 5 years Sales experience with LCMS, GCMS, or both.
**Preferred Experience**
- Analytical instruments sales experience.
- Experience in multinational/general companies.
- Project management experience.
- Technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Distributor management experience.
Pay: Up to $40,****** per month
