Our operations are driven by teamwork, technical excellence, and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.Your ContributionAs a Quality Chief, you will lead and strengthen the Quality Management System across manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization.You will play a key role in promoting a culture of quality, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.Lead and develop the Quality team within the manufacturing operationOversee implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Systems (ISO **** and related standards)Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, process performance, and customer satisfactionLead root cause analysis, CAPA activities, and corrective action follow-upCoordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with quality standardsSupport manufacturing operations in quality-related problem solving and process improvementEnsure proper control and calibration of measurement equipmentCollaborate with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teamsMonitor quality KPIs and implement actions to improve performance and operational effectivenessYour ProfileBachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or related fieldAdvanced EnglishStrong experience leading and implementing Quality Management Systems under ISO ****, ISO ***** is a plusExperience in manufacturing environments and continuous improvement initiativesKnowledge of quality tools such as Root Cause Analysis, CAPA,
