Join us as an Industrial Trainer I and play a key role in building a skilled, safety-focused manufacturing workforce.
You'll design impactful training programs, lead hands‐on sessions, and drive continuous improvement across our operations.What will you do?
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs covering industrial processes, equipment operation, and safety standardsManage the Learning Corner, coordinating training resources and leading short interval management activitiesAssess training effectiveness and continuously enhance materials to maximize learning and performanceCollaborate with HR, Methods, and Learning Solutions teams to align training priorities and resolve challengesWhat are the key skills we are looking for?
Learning Design — intermediate level; creating engaging training modules tailored to manufacturing environmentsCommunication — intermediate level; delivering clear, impactful training to diverse employee groupsManufacturing Operational Performance — intermediate level; understanding processesto design relevant training contentOperational Health and Safety Management — intermediate level; embedding safety best practices into every training sessionChange Management — intermediate level; supporting employees through process improvements and new technologiesContinuous Improvement — developing level; refining training methods based on feedback and performance dataLean Methodology — developing level; integrating lean principles into training to optimize efficiencyDigital Literacy — intermediate level; leveraging digital tools to enhance training delivery and engagementWhat qualifications will make you successful?
