**Qualifications**:
- Advanced English Fluency

- Effective Multi-tasker
- Strong technical background with experience in troubleshooting and problem diagnosis
- Experience with Microsoft Windows and/or Mac OS
- Interpersonal, Organizational & Listening Skills
- Experience operating in a ticket-based support system
