About the team:At TikTok, our Integral Business Solutions (GBS) team plays a key role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving ad campaigns, and more. As the TikTok community grows at an unprecedented speed around the world, our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are changing the landscape of the advertising industry in real timeAbout the role:TikTok is seeking Agency Solutions Managers to support our strategic Holdco agency partners and be based out of the Mexico City office. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital advertising and a proven ability to drive both operational excellence and commercial growth to unlock new business. The candidate will have operational knowledge of agency dynamics and experience dealing with key stakeholders across media planning, programmatic trading, and digital buying teams.
A proven track record in scaling client investment and elevating campaign performance is a must.Above all, the candidate will have an established track record of building strong relationships across key stakeholders, acting as a dedicated in-house expert and a bridge between the agency and TikTok. The role will involve working cross-functionally with members of the TikTok sales, product, and support organizations with the intent of leading end-to-end client engagement, from technical troubleshooting and campaign activation to education and strategic upselling. You’ll bring a creative mindset, detail-oriented focus, and strategic acumen in your approach to identifying new business opportunities, accelerating product adoption, and building long-term business partnerships.
