**Requisitos**
- Advanced scientific degree (PharmD, MD, PhD) or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Strong medical background in anesthesiology and/or neonatology.
- Proven experience interacting with senior clinicians and institutional decision-makers.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Field-oriented, structured, and autonomous working style.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written & spoken).
- Based in Spain, preferably Madrid.
- Willingness to travel across the region.
