The Enrollment Specialist is responsible for generating new merchant enrollments by engaging healthcare providers, qualifying opportunities, guiding practices through the enrollment process, and creating a seamless onboarding experience. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role serves as the first impression of United Credit and plays a critical role in growing our provider network. This is a high-activity,



performance-driven inside sales role focused primarily on new enrollments, with a secondary responsibility of reactivating assigned accounts.

Focus on reaching decision-makers (owners, office managers, providers) and qualify opportunities through meaningful conversations that lead to next steps.
● Consistently overcome objections from providers currently using competitors such as Cherry, CareCredit, Proceed Finance, and HFD.
● Guide providers step-by-step through the enrollment process, including sending the digital enrollment link and clearly communicating required documents (driver’s license, proof of banking, 3 months of bank statements, and medical/business license).
● Set qualified appointments for Business Development Managers, confirm attendance, and position calls as valuable (training, growth, increased approvals).
