The Sales Support Specialist provides operational and administrative support to the Business Development and Sales teams across Ground, Air, and Ocean products.



This role is responsible for customer onboarding, quotation management, contract administration, reporting, lead management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure an efficient customer experience and support commercial growth initiatives support across Ground, Air, and Ocean products.

Manage MyCEVA onboarding activities, including customer access, training, quotation, booking, and tracking functionalities.
Ensure pricing accuracy and compliance with commercial guidelines.
Legal and Contract Management
Upload contracts, NDAs, financial agreements, and related documentation through SharePoint.
Coordinate reviews and approvals with Legal teams.
Monitor contract execution timelines and follow up with stakeholders to ensure completion.

Customer Reporting & Business Intelligence
Support customer business reviews by providing performance metrics and insights.
Collaborate with BI teams to automate reporting processes and
