El Supervisor de Ama de Llaves es responsable de garantizar la impecable limpieza, el orden, la presentación y el adecuado mantenimiento de las habitaciones, villas y áreas asignadas, asegurando que los estándares de lujo, hospitalidad y atención al detalle sensorial del hotel no solo se cumplan, sino que se superen de manera consistente.
Supervisa directamente al personal de limpieza, coordina de manera efectiva con otros departamentos y actúa como embajador de la cultura de servicio excepcional, promoviendo altos niveles de calidad y satisfacción del huésped.
Role
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the impeccable cleanliness, order, presentation, and proper maintenance of rooms, villas, and assigned areas, making sure that the hotel’s standards of luxury, hospitality, and attention to sensory detail are not only met, but consistently exceeded.
They directly supervise the housekeeping staff, effectively coordinate with other departments, and act as an ambassador of the culture of exceptional service, promoting high levels of quality and guest satisfaction.
Responsabilidades
Supervisa las actividades diarias de las camaristas, asistentes y personal de limpieza asignado a su sección, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares establecidos.
Inspecciona habitaciones (check-out, stayover, VIP y villas), verificando que cumplan con los estándares de calidad.
Realiza recorridos de inspección en áreas públicas, pasillos, áreas de servicio y back-of-house bajo su responsabilidad.
