**Job Summary**:Performs a variety of engineering work in planning, design and modification of fixtures, tools, and manufacturing processes.Resolves production problems and completes documentation on assigned parts**Responsibilities**:- Develops, evaluates, improves and documents manufacturing processes- Develops and implements process control techniques including work instructions using tools such as SPC, PFMEA- Analyses manufacturing process flows continually for the improvements of quality, cost reduction, lead-time reduction for new work- Collarborates with other functions to ensure effective production methods- Coordinates part inspection procedures with Quality Engineers.
- Addresses and documents cause and corrective action issues to prevent future problem occurrences.
