Manage, optimize, and grow the service contract portfolio (extended warranties, prepaid maintenance plans, and roadside assistance) by maximizing profitability, penetration, and customer lifetime value through a commercial strategy based on financial analysis, data, and effective execution across the dealer network.
- Define the annual sales and penetration strategy for service contracts- Analyze performance, market trends, and portfolio profitability to propose adjustments.
- Develop new product proposals, bundles, and commercial programs.

- Execute and follow up on campaigns, promotions, and commercial initiatives.
- Manage the existing portfolio and ensure proper implementation of processes.

- Coordinate product training and communications.

- Experience in financial products: insurance, extended warranties, or intangible services.
- Demonstrated experience in commercial areas- English level MediumTechnical Knowledge:- Bachelor's degree completed and certified (preferably in business, marketing, finance, or related fields).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing.
