**Supply Planning Manager****Position Summary**:**Job Status**:- Full-Time / Mexicali, Mexico / Rionegro, Colombia.
- Salaried- Any- Regional Supply Chain Manager**Role Responsibilities**:- Monthly planning process (balance demand/supply and inventory)- Define where, what and when to produce- Maintain E1/MPS (Master Production Schedule) system updated (safety stocks, bill of materials, costs)- Issue work orders and load inventory information as needed- Main contact to demand manager and customer service functions regarding product availability and production plan- Contact with product managers regarding new products or modifications in current products to be produced in the locations under his/her responsibility- Visit the external manufacturing locations periodically- SKU creation on E1- PO Creation- Creation of Bill of Materials on E1- Inspection / Audits to Tolling sites.
- Coordinates / perform yearly inventory- Processes invoices**Education**:- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or alike- Additional required certifications, etc.




**Experience / Skills / Abilities**:- Demonstrated ability to work with a wide range of people.
- Establish ability to manage simultaneous urgent tasks.
- Able to work well under deadlines and pressures- Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills.
- Proven ability to perform analytical logistics studies.
- Tech expertise is needed on manufacturing and agro chem processes- Strong analytical and problem solving skills- Knowledge on supply planning, production schedule and production control.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills.
- Experience in ERP, POS or Logistical work.
- Highly organized, self-directed, motivated person.
- Proficient in English and Spanish, written and spoken, Portuguese Desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Willing to relocate- Ability to travel**Job Expectations / Working Conditions**:- Travel 40% of time National and International.
