We’re looking for an EHS Manager to join our team, onsite in Tijuana, Mexico. As a EHS Manager, your role will be to ensure compliance with environment, health, and safety regulations and standards while maintaining operational integrity across all site operations and aligning with corporate requirements. Drives continuous improvement in environment, health,



and safety performance by developing and implementing sustainable engineering and management solutions to address environmental challenges effectively.
What you’ll do
- Drives continuous improvement in environment, health, and safety performance by developing and implementing sustainable engineering and management solutions to address environmental challenges effectively.
- Sets, contributes, and drives site-wide, regional, or general EHS strategies and initiatives, ensuring they are effectively integrated and aligned with overall corporate sustainability goals.
- Manages one or more direct or indirect reports or consultants from manufacturing, distribution, and/or environmental liability projects, building and maintaining a network of site EHS professionals to support competency management, sharing of best practices, coaching, and training to enhance overall EHS culture.
