Each day, you will ensure that the production process aligns with the project targets, approves the design, both for internal or external developed processes and performs the final test in accordance with the project’s data. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring the efficiency of all external production processes.The work model for the role is: #LI-OnSiteThis role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Apodaca, Reciente Leon.You will be mainly accountable for:Design and implement optimized plant layouts that maximize productivity, reduce material movement,



and ensure compliance with safety standards.Lead operational excellence initiatives, including Value Stream Mapping (VSM), process optimization, waste reduction, 5S audits, and productivity improvement projects.Lead operational and capital investment (CapEx) projects, including financial feasibility analysis, execution monitoring, savings realization, and results reporting.Evaluate, select, and manage suppliers; negotiate commercial agreements and oversee procurement of tooling, equipment, and services while monitoring supplier performance.Ensure compliance with operational safety requirements through hazard reduction initiatives, incident action closure, Safety Observation Tours (SOT), Management of Change (MOC), Safety Work Plans, and other applicable safety controls.Simulate production lines and manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks, validate capacity assumptions, and support operational decision-maki
