Join the Passenger Marketing team and help turn business needs and growth opportunities into campaigns and communication plans across Mexico and Colombia. You will contribute to initiatives that improve the user experience and help the business grow, while learning how marketing connects business priorities with clear actions and results.

Working closely with the Marketing Analyst and Senior Marketing Manager, you will support projects from their early stages - from understanding the business need and preparing a clear marketing brief to coordinating content development, launch, and reviewing results and learnings. Along the way, you will gain experience in marketing planning, creative development, project coordination, performance analysis, and the operational side of marketing in a fast-paced technology company.
