- Download and process daily booking requests and send them to customers within the required period
- Handle customer requests promptly
- Ensure route, weight, POL/POD, commodity, temperature, and other information is accurate in the PIL system
- Communicate with Documentation and Sales teams
- Maintain customer-specific requirements to ensure consistency of PIL service
- Follow up on regular and BID customer bookings
- Provide excellent phone attendance and customer experience
- Assist customers with problem solving
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer grievances
- Ensure customers adopt Pocket PIL and migrate volume from other platforms

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
- Experience in customer service within the shipping or logistics industry
- Knowledge of import/export processes and documentation
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Preferably B1, B2, or higher level in Speaking,
