Provide administrative and operational support to the Integral Trade Compliance USA team by ensuring the accurate collection, control, and follow-up of customs documentation, as well as timely communication with U.S. customs brokers and cross‑functional teams to support compliance with international trade requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and consolidate weekly reports submitted by U.S. customs brokers.
- Process the daily release of shipping documents and waybills provided by U.S. customs brokers.
- Track documentation related to import operations into the United States.
- Retrieve and maintain records of CBP Form 7501.
- Distribute and maintain the HTS (Harmonized Tariff Schedule) database with authorized customs brokers.
- Organize and maintain the department's electronic filing system.
- Provide administrative support for customs compliance activities.
- Work Location: El Lago Site
