Human Resources Manager Job Description The Human Resources Manager – leads HR operations for a single manufacturing plant or complex site. The role develops and executes tactical and operational HR plans aligned with enterprise strategy and plant business objectives, with a strong focus on employee relations, labor compliance, talent development, and workforce planning. This position manages one or more HR professionals and serves as a key advisor to Plant Leadership on people, culture, and organizational matters that affect productivity, safety, quality, and engagement. Responsibilities and duties Achieve operational and functional HR targets driving positive outcomes for the department and job family. Establish and execute day-to-day objectives and short-term operational plans for HR service delivery Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and programs across the workforce. Support implementation of talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and development processes. Partner with leaders to address workforce planning, succession,
