We are looking for a Growth Partner / E-commerce Account Manager with proven experience managing growth strategies for Amazon and other marketplaces. This role requires someone who deeply understands e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Walmart, Mercado Libre, and eBay, and can drive measurable growth through hands-on account management, advertising strategies, and data-driven decision-making.You will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them scale their online businesses and maximize their marketplace performance. The salary range is $3,000 USD to $5,000 USD per month, depending on the candidate's experience and seniority. Candidates from other Latin American countries may be considered.Candidates in a time zone outside of the Western Hemisphere will NOT be considered.The role is 100% remote. ALL RESUMES MUST BE SUBMITTED IN ENGLISH Responsibilities: • Act as the main point of contact for 7-9 client accounts, building trust and long-term relationships.



• Develop and execute growth strategies specifically for Amazon and other marketplaces (Walmart, Mercado Libre, eBay, etc.). • Manage product catalogs, advertising campaigns (Amazon PPC), pricing strategies, and fulfillment operations (FBA, FBM). • Analyze large datasets using Google Sheets to generate actionable insights without externalsupport. • Lead client meetings, clearly explaining strategies, results, and next steps — even during challenging situations. • Use project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) to stay organized and ensure smooth account operations. • Provide exceptional customer experience by combining commercial acumen, storytelling, and crisis management skills. Requirements: • Fluent in English — you must be able to have a fluent professional conversation in English, both written and spoken. • 3+ years of direct experience managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central
