The Role We're looking for a social-native editor who turns ideas into thumb-stopping videos that convert. You'll move fast, test constantly, and level up your craft through real-time data insights. What You'll Do Edit high-performing short-form ads for TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts Build strong hooks, clean story arcs, and clear CTAs Collaborate with strategists and creative leads to test and iterate quickly Own edits end-to-end while staying open to feedback Manage multiple fast-turn projects without dropping quality Who You Are 3+ years editing social video content (ads strongly preferred)
