We are looking for a Senior TA Operations Manager to lead and scale our Talent Acquisition Operations function across LATAM. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for a team of 10+ professionals operating across five strategic pillars: Enablement, Recruiting Technology, Employer Branding, Processes & Policies, and Analytics & Strategic Planning.

As the Head of TA Ops, you will be the operational backbone of the TA LATAM organization — ensuring our recruiters have the right tools, processes, data, and support to deliver an exceptional hiring experience at scale. You will partner directly with the TA Head LATAM, HR leadership, and business stakeholders to drive efficiency, compliance, and innovation across the entire talent acquisition function.
