You'll join the Brand Success organization in a high-visibility operations role that presents weekly to senior leadership.
Based in Mexico, with an address in Mexico City, Guadalajara, or Monterrey (for contract purposes — the role is 100% remote)

~3–4 years of experience in SaaS, Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or logistics
~ Contract: 18 months, full-time independent contractor, paid in USD. The monthly fee is the full compensation — this contract does not include paid time off, sick days, holidays, or equity, and you are responsible for your own taxes and benefits.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. local time (Mexico), collaborating with teams in US and Canadian time zones
Equipment: You provide your own computer and reliable internet
Track brands from signed contract to full shipping volume. Monitor performance against committed volumes, identify brands that are stalled or underperforming, dig into root causes, and drive follow-up with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers.
No coding required — this is about spotting what can be improved and working with the right teams to make it happen.
