We are looking for a Senior TA Operations Manager to lead and scale our Talent Acquisition Operations function across LATAM. Enablement, Recruiting Technology,



Employer Branding, Processes & Policies, and Analytics & Strategic Planning.
As the Head of TA Ops, you will be the operational backbone of the TA LATAM organization — ensuring our recruiters have the right tools, processes, data, and support to deliver an exceptional hiring experience at scale. You will partner directly with the TA Head LATAM, HR leadership, and business stakeholders to drive efficiency, compliance, and innovation across the entire talent acquisition function.
Manage the TA budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across headcount, technology, and programs.
Partner with HR Tech and IT teams to ensure systems are integrated, adopted, and delivering ROI.
Oversee DiDi's employer brand strategy across LATAM, including career page, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and EVP activation.
Partner with the TA Head and HR leadership to inform strategic workforce planning decisions.
