You'll join the Brand Success organization in a high-visibility operations role that presents weekly to senior leadership.
Must-Haves
- Based in Mexico, with an address in Mexico City, Guadalajara,



or Monterrey (for contract purposes — the role is 100% remote)
- Fluent English (written & spoken)
- 3–4 years of experience in SaaS, Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or logistics
- AI fluency — you actively use AI tools in your daily work

The Basics
- Contract: 18 months, full-time independent contractor, paid in USD. The monthly fee is the full compensation — this contract does not include paid time off, sick days, holidays, or equity, and you are responsible for your own taxes and benefits.
- Compensation: $3,000 – $5,000 USD/month, depending on experience
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. local time (Mexico), collaborating with teams in US and Canadian time zones
- Equipment: You provide your own computer and reliable internet
- Start date: September 2026 — this search is moving quickly
- Scope: Fully internal role — no client-facing responsibilities
