Build and maintain foundational protocol components used by the network and by teams developing applications on top of it.
Develop tooling, abstractions, and infrastructure that make it easier for developers to build reliable and innovative decentralized applications.
Take ownership of technical initiatives, work autonomously, and remain accountable for project outcomes.
Communicate technical concepts and project outcomes clearly to both technical and broader audiences, including through written content and presentations.
Professional software engineering experience with a strong understanding of system design and complex distributed or technical systems.
Ability to work independently, investigate challenging problems, and develop effective solutions with limited supervision.
Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and responsibility for delivering high-quality outcomes.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical subjects clearly in plain English.
Genuine interest in blockchain, decentralized technologies, open-source software, and the future of the internet is desirable.
