Role Overview
The NPI Manager leads a manufacturing engineering team responsible for new product introduction and the manufacturing processes, systems, and technologies that support production. You will connect product engineering and manufacturing operations, guide launch readiness, and help ensure new products move into production with the right processes, standards, and support in place.
What will you do?




Lead and develop a manufacturing engineering team supporting new product introduction activities, including coaching, prioritization, and performance management.
Partner with product engineering, operations, quality, and other stakeholders to translate product requirements into manufacturable solutions.
Own and execute the manufacturing technology roadmap that supports NPI, process development, and production readiness.
Guide process development for advanced fabrication and manufacturing methods, including automation and precision production workflows where applicable.
Establish and track launch and manufacturing metrics such as cycle time, throughput, OEE, first-pass yield, changeover time, and material utilization.
Drive design-for-manufacturability feedback and support engineering changes that affect the manufacturing site.
