Responsibilities
The Opportunity
This role is responsible for managing account receivable processes for high volume and complex strategic national chain or trade accounts. must efficiently collect financial data from multiple sources,



analyze those findings to determine the root cause of delinquent balances and present their findings to the customer, must partner with Sales, Delivery & Executions Teams to ensure process compliance and resolve upstream issues with downstream impact in a timely and effective manner. They will contribute to the success of Pepsi by driving cash flow and mitigating risk.
Your Impact
As Operational Accounting Analyst your responsibilities would consist of
Actively monitor aging balances, know customers trends, and raise awareness to any changes in customer behavior
Perform account analysis and identify root cause of unpaid invoices, quantity shortages and pricing discrepancies
Initiate and facilitate resolution of all discrepancies and communicate with both internal and external business partners to resolve
Ensure accurate customer information at all times; (store #, vendor #, statement billing requirements, tax exemptions, etc.) and perform sys
