- Design and execute integrated demand generation and go-to-market campaigns.
- Develop Account-Based Marketing initiatives for priority accounts.
- Manage marketing automation and CRM campaign processes.
- Maintain campaign and lead data quality within the CRM.
- Partner with Sales to define and maintain an effective lead-handoff process.
- Track campaign performance and contribution to pipeline.
- Coordinate webinars, trade shows, conferences, and industry events end to end.
- Manage pre- and post-event marketing, including landing pages, email campaigns, invitations, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate virtual and on-site logistics and work with external vendors.
- Support post-event attendee follow-up and lead-generation activities.
- Develop and execute content strategy focused on brand awareness and lead generation.
- Write, edit, and publish SEO- and AEO-friendly content for the U.S. market.
- Repurpose content across social media, newsletters, campaigns, and other channels.
- Develop case studies, video testimonials, and success stories with Customer Success.




- Create graphics, presentations, and digital assets for campaigns, events, and social media.
- Develop and edit images, infographics, and short-form videos while maintaining brand consistency.
- Manage a strategic social media content calendar focused on LinkedIn, with potential support for Instagram and Facebook.
- Write platform-specific English content and support community engagement.
- Monitor trends, analyze performance, and optimize content to increase reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Strengthen marketing attribution, CAC and funnel-performance tracking, reporting, pipeline accountability, content strategy, digital engagement, event playbooks, and the client's North American Senior Living presence.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on marketing experience across growth marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, content, social media, and events.
- Experience with U.S. or Nort
