About Zipmi Zipmi is reimagining the US visa application experience. Our flagship product guides applicants through the DS-160 — the required nonimmigrant visa form — making a notoriously complex government process fast, accurate, and stress-free. We're a fast-moving team building at the intersection of immigration, technology, and general mobility.

Your focus will be split across two tracks: forging relationships with government-adjacent organizations and institutions that serve visa applicants, and identifying brand and commercial partners who can drive distribution and trust at scale.
This role sits at the intersection of business development, marketing, and strategy. Identify and build relationships with US embassies, consulates, and State Department-adjacent organizations that interact with visa applicants
• Partner with international student offices at universities and colleges to position Zipmi as a recommended resource for F-1 and J-1 applicants
• Navigate compliance and regulatory considerations to ensure all partnerships meet legal and ethical standards




Brand & Commercial Partnerships
• Identify and close partnerships with travel brands, airlines, hospitality/resort brands, international relocation companies, and HR/mobility platforms whose customers overlap with visa applicants
• Work with employers and HR teams who sponsor international workers and support visa applications as part of the relocation process
Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to develop partner-facing materials, co-branded content, and integration workflows
• 4–7 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or growth — ideally at a startup or in a regulated industry
• Proven track record of building partnerships from scratch and closing deals with both institutional and commercial partners
• Existing relationships in the immigration, education, hospitality and global mobility space are a significant advantage
